We produce metal cassettes for facades up to 4 mm thick in open and closed types, as well as corner, U-shaped and perforated cassettes.
Metal facade cassettes are components of ventilated facades in the form of metal structures (usually square or rectangular) with curved edges. Facade metal panels can be painted in any color according to the RAL catalog.
The production capacity of the plant allows the production of large-sized panels - up to 3000 mm, including those with reinforcement (stiffening ribs).
Metal cassettes of open type for ventilated facades
Open-type facade metal cassettes are metal facade cassettes with bent edges that have holes for self-tapping screws. It is these bent edges that allow you to attach the products to the grating from the hat profile.
Places of attachment of cassettes to the profile remain in mind, installation of metal cassettes is carried out overlapping. The convenience of such a solution lies in the ease of replacing the facade panel, which has become unusable. Installation of a ventilated facade made of metal cassettes with an open type of fastening can be done quite quickly.
Metal cassettes of closed type for ventilated facades
Closed-type facade metal cassettes are metal facade cassettes with one bent edge on each product, which has holes for fastening. Adjacent cassettes are connected in a lock, overlapping the attachment points. Due to this lock, the facade has very narrow gaps between the elements (panels) and gives the impression of a continuous plane. Installation is carried out from the bottom up. Assembling such a structure is more difficult than in the case of open-type cassettes, it requires special skills, but the appearance of the facade is particularly impressive.
Corner facade cassettes made of metal for ventilated facades
Corner facade cassettes made of metal give the ventilated facade a uniform appearance, and also perform a protective function. Installation of corner metal cassettes is carried out after installation of wall cassettes. Please note that corner facade profiles for installation of vent facades are also in the assortment of LLC Production Complex «Svet Shakhtyora». Before installing the corner panels, it is necessary to correctly install the heat-insulating layer. For example, it is necessary to take into account that bending of thermal insulation plates is not allowed
Facade cassettes made of sheet metal can have a polymer coating. Metal cassettes can be painted in any color according to the RAL catalog.

The company LLC Production Complex «Svet Shakhtyora» manufactures to order components for ventilated facades, from which the frame for the installation of facade panels is formed. The panels themselves can be made of a wide variety of modern materials resistant to external influences. Fiber cement boards, ceramic granite, corrugated board, siding, metal cassettes, composite panels made of aluminum and plastic and other materials are used as cladding.
The assortment includes metal profiles for vent facades with a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm. Products are produced in both standard sizes and to order.
Facade hat profile
The facade hat profile is made of galvanized sheet or rolled steel and is used in the subsystem of the ventilated facade.
Metal Z-profile for ventilated facades
The Z-shaped front facade (known also for brevity as the front Z-profile) is made of galvanized steel sheet or rolled steel. This is an additional intermediate vertical profile, which is used for cladding facades for processing corners, windows, entrance groups.
Facade C-profile
The facade C-profile is made of galvanized steel sheet or rolled steel. It is used in the creation of latticework of hinged facades. Being light, but strong enough due to its design, the C-profile is widely used in the construction of LSTK. It has a good bearing capacity.
L-shaped profile for ventilated facades
The L-shaped facade profile is made of galvanized steel by cold rolling. It is mainly used for horizontal strapping during the installation of hinged facades, i.e. it performs the function of horizontal guide of facade systems. Therefore, the L-shaped profile for the vent facade is also called the "main horizontal profile".
External corner profile (external facade corner)
The external metal facade corner is an element of the subsystem of the ventilated facade. It is often referred to as an outer corner strip for a vent facade. This corner profile allows you to securely fasten the facade system in corner areas and hide the facing ends.
Internal facade corner (internal corner profile)
The internal corner profile is designed for processing internal corners, which is mounted after the installation of the facade subsystem.
